Vietnam Electricity (EVN) will auction 25% of its chartered capital, equivalent to 4.07 million shares at Thuan Binh Wind Power Joint Stock Company (EVNTBW), with a starting price of VND 17,940 / share at the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
EVNTBW was established in 2009, with a charter capital of VND 240 billion and the main activities in construction investment and operation management of wind power projects in Central coastal provinces and Central Highlands.
At present, the shareholder structure of EVNTBW includes: EVN (25%), Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Company (25%), Da Nhim - Thuan Ham - Da Mi Hydropower Company (20%), Thac Mo Hydropower Company (20%) and Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 3 (10%).
The turnover of EVNTBW is mainly from Phu Lac Wind Power Plant (phase I) with a capacity of 24MW.
At present, the Company is implementing a number of wind (510 MW) and solar power (570 MW) projects with a total capacity of over 1000 MW in Binh Thuan, Ninh Thuan, Gia Lai and Dak Lak the provinces
The EVNTBW is assigned by State to manage and use the land with a total area of 70,000 m2 in Tuy Phong district, Binh Thuan province by a mechanism of one-time payment for land use fee.
